Sparking minds with creativity!!!!

cReAtIvE tHInK

Where creativity can't be transfer between minds, morning class is just like moving from know world to unknown, imparting sparking to our ideas . Visualization of things which can be seen in our minds as soon as hearing the statements.
We can tell that visualization is an important tool to express our creativity in giving life to those unknown pictures of our minds.
Problem statement activity is to think solution randomly it’s like brainstorming our self.
Fully know of each software and utilization at a maximum extent for this our instructor gave an example of his own project. Expressing his idea through PPT animation which we won’t use many option for imparting our ideas.
Told about creativity blogging as we are practice to post our events in the form of reports, but readers are not at all interested to read those news, we have to drew ideas out of each session and finalizing all one has to express in words and readers has inspired by our words. And that has to reflect our self.

My mind strike a minute after hearing the work e-mail tree campaign, designing the logo is not an easy thing to link all those Email, tree, campaign. We got time to design new logo for that program. While designing I found difficult to interlink all those word in one picture but finally after finishing I was surprised. By seeing that picture I asked myself is this Picture I designed. Then I realized all individual has his own creativity of expressing the things. But we won’t believe our ideas. It’s a good exercise for us.

Another new activity like narrating the story of imagination. All team members narrate different story on same situation. Blog is all about expressing our own views through our own imagination work. Morning session is steps towards sparking our ideas.

At lastly I Thank You burli, who made me to think in the line of creativity.

Guerrilla Marketing

By using Marketing Strategy, i have prepared one business enterprise

I am going to open an small enterprise initially, main plan behind the creation of the “Paper bag promotion” through Guerrilla marketing, by manufacturing varieties of paper bag products can be used to carry commodities

I also prepare attractive packing bags by promoting through usage of paper bags in malls and for parcel in canteens. Captions on the bag can promote the sale of bags

Survey will be done to know how many percentage of people will use plastic bag and how many are willing to use paper bags.

Unit will be in city only, there women will manufacture and we link to whole sale dealers for marketing. Budget will be around Rs 50,000/-

Enterprise may generate money through revenues were up to 5 per cent, benefiting, among other things, from the success of the plastic free zone add campaign. Guerrilla marketing can shift plastic usage to paper bag usage. ?

Meanwhile, Its an alternatives to use Eco-friendly through introducing ‘biodegradable bags’ plastic also.

Name of the Company: Eco-creative’s

Theme Line: Carry with proud / reduce the plastic foot print

Branding: I can’t built a brand at the initial stage of opening

Positioning: If people are not bothered about plastic usage

Location: Flyer in front of mall, Blogs, demos, Catalog, Pamphlets, Electronic roller

Opportunities to upgrades: Sample usage, festival gifts and discount prices

Referral program: Will be done from whole sale dealers to main dealers and by collecting address from yellow pages trying to contact them

Creditability: Big bazaar is free from plastic free zone by Eco-alternatives

Partial payment plans: Installation, discounts

Spying : By working how they are cost cutting and discount prices through by observing and purchasing bags

Cause to support: 5% of the profit will be sponsored for child welfare

Logical frame work analysis

Introduction:
At present days in every project LFA became mandatory while submitting Project proposal. If we include LFA it gives additional value to the project. Logical frame work is a analytical , presentational and management tool which help the planner and manager to understand their project. Its important to work on LFA because most of the funder ask during our approach for fund.
Module Description
Logical framework analysis shows the logic behind our project, it brief overall Project description in LFA, helps us to know the project and its success. Logical frame work is a part of Project proposal, most of the stake holder will ask for LFA. We can specify the whole project description within 2-3 pages. Steps to analyse Logical Frame work are
Goal
Purpose
Outputs
Activities
Indicators
Means of verification
Assumptions
Inputs

LFW help us to present information about the key components of a project, goal always should be define and its will be evolutes from problem tree, establishing the cause and effect relationships which result in, and flow from, these problems. Objective tree is closely link to frame LFA
3satges analyse LFA :-
In Top down approach we can oversee objectives.
Work across to analyze Indicators and means of verification
At last Assumption about the project can be done through bottom up approach

Mostly positive assumption towards project. It should relate to project and activities. It also mean that if assumption fails we can’t implement project like government will establish more PHC’s in every place, so that it helps for more screening of HIV patients

Indicators are of different types, process and impact indicator, list of activities are needed to achieve output to the project.

Log framework analysis goal, objectives, activities, indicators and means of the verification of the project. It shows success and helps to monitoring and evaluation of the project.

Main Points of the Project
Main points covered under LFA is Goal, purpose, Activities, assumption and different types of Indicators and its importance of the log framework analysis and Objective tree and problem tree linkage to LFA.
What I learned from LFA
Activities that we did in groups helped me to understand LFA better, in that we discussed about HIV free Nation and we learnt about how to link Objective tree and Problem tree during LFA analysis. By doing group exercise I got practical view about LFA importance

Entrepreneur Motivational Training

Introduction

Entrepreneurial motivational training is a three-day module; this training helped the fellows to realize their inner hidden potential as an individual. There will be an action behind every need in every work and explains about goal. goal is meant for success in competition with a standard of excellence

Module description

Session starts with treasure hunting game and story writing by seeing clicked pictures. To analyze how we have to observe the resources surround us.

We analyse the stories based on the Achievement motivational theory. These include need, goal anticipation, Feelings, Bp internal and Bw external factors, help and at last Achievement thema.

If all these factors are included then the story we can call it as Achievement motivational theory or Achievement syndrome.

When we are work in a team inter-dependency should be there, so that we can value ourselves and seeking help from others. Team members should realize the individual potential and based on that calculable contribution should be there from members side. So we can work well in groups. If we planned to work as an individual’s, then analyze the things and risk taking has to be based on logical basis; otherwise we may lead to high risk.

By doing the “who am I ” activity, we can measure our internal and external locus of control.

‘Locus of control’ explains the ways in which individual attribute responsibility for event to factor within internal or external factors.

To become a successful entrepreneur, we have to be in the range of 72%(internal) and 28%(external) locus of control. One with internal control is highly motivated, less depended, self blaming and less suspicious about others and less dogmatic to themselves.

One important thing we always have to keep in our mind is that all individuals are unique and a lot of treasures hidden in oneself. Only thing is we have to try to identify this in our self.

Risk should be like always associate with a calculated amount that each entrepreneur should have

High Risk-(highly failure)

Risk

Low risk-(less failure)

Our achievement thema should be concerned with task with excellence and excellence is always associated risk.

Key points

Test of creative imagination

Achievement imagine theory

Individual motivational profile

entrepreneurial orientation theory

Learning’s

Through EMT module helped me to realize my ability and amount of risk should be involved in every work. It’s like knowing where exactly I am and how well i am creative in making the things done. Sometimes opportunities may go off, if I stick on to particular decision and growth may slowdown. Dependency will be less.

Conclusion

Being in a development sector, as a social entrepreneur. We have to be familiar in achievement planning for success. Then we can sustain and success in our projects as well as in professional life.

First session started by explaining about fact data about agricultural production and different types of farming in India. And also showed an movie for an half an hour, regarding how 2,20,000 people died during pesticides spraying and the effect of pesticides on Farmers in Punukula(dt), Andhra Pradesh.  we did an discussion regarding the effects of farmers.

Another movie  related to effect of endosulphate sparing in cashew nut crop, spraying  leads to Mental plasy in children’s who are staying near to cashew nut yard  in Kasargoda(dt) in Kerala, and also  showed an alternative way to control pesticides in that movie.

Next  session regarding  Reaching the unreached farm families

They mainly focused on Dry farming farmers, and ecological agriculture. This year government has allocated budgets of only 5% and not showing interest for the development of dry farmers, concentrated on irrigation farmers. And  government fails to  focused on farmers sectors in creating wealth and providing livelihood.

Non-elite farmers require land holding, we have to change the attitude of the farmers and also make farmers to know about indigenous technology usage.

Ecological and Sustainability farming adoptability is the biggest issue to change the mindset of farmers.

In Evolution of Agriculture Covered the topic regarding

ü Agriculture before green Farming:- Family farming, organic & traditional farming  and produced mainly for family consumption.

ü Conventional Agriculture-make use of Green revolution, usage of high yield variety and mono cropping  based.

ü Surplus Farming-produced for market and yield get stagnated

ü Market Farming

ü Commercial Farming

Explained about climate change and Methane, Nitrous oxide, co2  impact on climate change in India.

Further Session started by showing the movie on Groundnut farming about how  treatment of seeds with bio-fertilizer  will do, so that seed can protect in dormant state & from other harmful microbes and explained about  present farming methods and how AME will work with farmers.

Next presentation on LEISA(Low External Input for Sustainable agriculture)

LEISA main aim is to proper utilization of natural resources and conservation & better management for future us. Its like Step towards Organic farming  with blend of Modern Technology  & Indigenous technology .

LEISA ----------------Indigenous farming + Modern technology

+

Income  generation activity

Along with these, farmers has to own some Income generation activity  so that they can easily sustainable

Next  we visited to AME office in Innam Veerapur and fields in Kurdikere village. In office they displayed different types of  manure like vermicompost, organic manure, soil fertility testing, seed enrichment , mixed farming, bunds formation and Azolla Importance .

In Kurdikere village, we visited to fields. Explained about importance of Agriculture Ecosystem system analysis. Explained about conducting  Farmers field School to villagers from AME to farmers. Farmer themselves will do faming. its like practical for them they have to experiment themselves in any lead farmer field, so that they can analyze the yield effectively  like learning through experiment.

Last day, we did a debate on “ Path to Progress from Rural economy  v/s Industrial economy.  More than an hour it went of.

About Integrated crop farming system gave briefly explanation about Integrated Crop, Nutrient, pest management and any other income generation activity. In olden days Livestock is one of the source for Farm operation and fuel for family.  Famers has to start  livestock activity so that dependence on external input and cost effectives can be reduce .

At last Mr.Srikanth ended his session by asking who are interested to work for rural development, is there need to work in rural. Majority showed interest to work in villages.

Conclusion

we can do dry farming by using rain water and by following water conservation method farmers can produced average crop before this agriculture session i was demystified by this concept I used to think that without water we can’t do farming.

By using Natural resource management(NRM) and other integrated method, we can do effective farming. Even in dry farming we can yield good crop. Field visit helped me to understand more by practically exposure by interacting with farmers and LEISA method and integrated farming is new concept to me and eye opening to know all.
